Dr. Jeffrey Huttman brings over 30 years of clinical and executive experience to his organizational and leadership psychology consulting work. As a licensed clinical psychologist, leader, and CEO in diverse healthcare settings—including psychiatric hospitals, outpatient programs, and residential treatment centers supervising thousands of employees —he has honed a unique ability to blend clinical insight with operational strategy. Dr. Huttman’s expertise lies in applying psychological principles to solve complex organizational challenges, enhance leadership effectiveness, and improve team dynamics. His background in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Training equips him to address issues like workplace stress, team morale, and change management with a human-centered approach. With a deep commitment to helping others thrive, Dr. Huttman leverages his extensive clinical knowledge to foster resilience, collaboration, and success in organizational settings.
Blake E. Cohen, MS - Founder & Consultant
Blake Cohen is a mission-driven leadership and organizational psychology consultant who’s set out to shift workplace dynamics toward that of connection, purpose, productivity, and engagement. Pursuing a doctorate in Organizational & Leadership Psychology at William James College, Blake holds a master’s degree in Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Formerly a successful entrepreneur in mental healthcare, he now focuses on executive coaching, workplace training, and organizational consulting. Blake is also a best-selling author, international speaker, and host of "The Workplace Wonderer" podcast. He advocates for human connection, mental wellness, and psychological safety in all environments. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Blake enjoys life with his wife and their dog, Boone.
